By using our wash, customer has assumed responsibility for loose, defective, previously damaged, or non-factory original items as well as un-lowered antennas. Of course we will pay for damage caused by a mistake on our part, but we require a full investigation prior to any actions. Full and complete responses to all of the requested information will assist in the investigation and processing of your potential claim.
